I think non-upgraded users can't use code for the time being while yeago and epoch find some solutions to the recent attacks :(

ThatJunkMage What do you think of the changes that I have made?

Hooting Mandrills is a bit weird here. I like it as an alternative threat for those weird games, but it seems like a dead card a majority of the time because you are taking away from your secondary resources. Like, look at it like a card that reads " for a 4/4 trample with 'as an additional cost to cast this card, discard three cards'". Sometimes you can afford that, others you just kill yourself for it.

Otherwise, it looks awesome. I like the gifts options here.

@ThatJunkMage Hooting Mandrills is here to keep me from just derping around in the early game while I fill my graveyard up will the right cards to start going full speed. It is awkward itself sometimes so do you have any suggestions for what to swap it with?

Hey dude. Sorry for the lack of response, I've been feeling pretty awful lately, and really needed to cut down on the amount of stuff I had on hand.

This list seems really odd, to me. It's like you took half a gifts deck, half a zombardment deck, sprinkled in some other random stuff and called it a day. The basic packages that you can do with gifts are outlined in my primer, but I'll list them here as well:

Life from the Loam + land + land + Raven's Crime (lands here can be utility driven, such as ghost quarter or Colonnade for extra value)

spell 1 (ex. Wrath of god) + similar spell 2 (ex. Damnation) + similar spell 3 (ex. Supreme Verdict or Day of judgement) + value creature (snapcaster mage is a good one. He also fills slot 3 for a lot of things. For example, Dismember + Path to exile + Snapcaster guarantees the previous two. Lingering souls tends to be a good 'value card' as well, as you don't care where it ends up.)

Artifact 1 (batterskull?) + life from the loam + academy ruins + Artifact 2 (engineered explosives is good in the current meta)/value card.

I think you have bigger problems with this list than not knowing all the gifts packages tho.

Hey slovakattack thanks for getting back to me, sorry you haven't been feeling really well.

Yes the list was very unfocused. Mostly it was being used as a list of possible cards to be included. Much of the clutter was me completely not understanding how to understand how to use gifts. Thank you for clarifying.

I have cleaned up the list a bit, removing red and much of the clutter. Hopefully you can start to see where I aiming to head now. I want to play a long grindy game controlling with Life from the Loam + Smallpox . Gifts seems sweet to grab any of my pieces that can be dumped straight into the yard. I do like the packages that you suggested above and put them in here.

Again thank you. I would appreciate your thoughts on the much cleaner version. :)

@blasphemale: Yeah I just missed that one honestly. I'll see if I can squeeze it in. Any suggestions as to where?

I'd just switch it out for a Path or maybe even two.

I don't think I'll drop a path for it. Path is just too good.

Why the 1 of's, like why 1 Stinkweed Imp rather than 3/4 to be more consistent in hitting it?

Hitting 1 stinkweed imp will alawys help your plan. Depending on the matchup you may want more or hitting that one could also be bad for you (even though it helps your plan). There are some decks where you just can't afford to have 4x mana symbol 2mana symbol b costed creatures, even if they do fly. Also there is the fact that he recurs so again, why use 4?

@Clawed6 in decks that are trying to mill there self like, loam and dredge, you see a lot more of your cards each game. A one of is just when you are milling three cards a turn. In addition, the cards that are one ofs here aren't the core of the deck, just enablers. If I am already executing my gameplan then I don't need them and probably don't want to see too many of them.

Smallpox would be a huge improvement over Path to Exile. It's easier to cast, doesn't give your opponents resources, and is very one-sided in this kind of deck.
