Get your hands on Grave pact , and Phyrexian altar. Tutor the altar out with either Fabricate or transmute Drift of Phantasms (which can tutor out diregraf captain too)

Phyrexian altar + gravecrawler + diregraf captain = instawin Phyrexian altar + gravecrawler + grimgrin = unlimited buff + vigilance Phyrexian altar + gravecrawler + grave pact = safe board wipe

I just got an Ashnod's Altar so would that work in place of Phyrexian Altar ?

Exsanguinate would be better
