Recently got into Brawl and have been having a blast. It has been very refreshing after dipping into the craziness of comp-commander. So to help this new format stay fresh and stop it from spiraling out of control we put a condition on our deck construction. We agreed that there would be a $40 limit on our lists. However if we already owned a card in our collection we could use it with out it adding to the costs of the deck. (so for example I already owned a Hazoret the Fervent,Neheb, the Eternal, and Rootbound Crag.)

Radha has always been one of my favorite characters so it only felt natural to have her be my first commander in this format. The deck itself is a straight forward aggro deck that slams threats and beats faces leaving little behind its wake of devastation.
