I wouldn't jump into draft yet. It's got its own very complicated set of rules for how to do well.

I would start playing some FNM. It can't hurt to see how your deck, and how you play it, goes at tournament level.

I've never been asked to submit a decklist for FNM, and I've played in three different countries.

I like stories whisenhuntn! Does your girlfriend know that you use tappedout? How did she react when you started updating your deck? Has she adjusted her deck to better handle your deck?

Revised build looks nice. Westvale Abbey could spice up your manabase a bit.

We need updates! Have you beaten her? If so was she like shocked with what got dropped on her out of the blue! Details! You could do periodic "Update"s whenever you two duel, of what she brought against you and the W/L record, lol!

What would be even funnier is if she also had a T/O account and was secretly also honing her deck!

Just a thought: you may want to "Archive" your comment section as it grows super long so folks don't have to scroll so far through comments like mine (especially on phones) to comment and such. You can add to the description what changes you made so people don't suggest things you've already pulled.

Nice Top 100! Congrats! Keep brewing, make some decks that would be fun to play even if you don't have the cards, that way you can Playtest to see if you like it before investing in the cards. You can also put cards into the "acquire" board in edit menu to keep track of what you need. And go to edit on this deck and click the "sync with inventory" so you can keep track of your collection!
