Hi this is my first deck on here; a Izzet control/burn deck (I can already hear you groaning) based mostly off Izzet vs Golgari which I have gotten recently. I've been playing for three months maybe four so i don't have a vast wealth of knowledge when it comes to cards and have built this based on what I own and what I'm aware of so please share any suggestions or criticisms you have. I want to keep this deck fairly low budget and casual, so long as I can win now and then.I'm now going to talk about my idea for how the deck should work, though you can probably tell from just a glance.Guttersnipe/Gelectrode- burn the opponent and remove creatures while instants/sorceries provide control and utilityNivix Guildmage/Elite Arcanist- copy spells to further control/burn with nivix and will most likely be removed as soon as they enter. Nivix Guildmage can also draw to trigger Niv-Mizzet, the FiremindNiv-Mizzet, the Firemind- late game beat stick which can also use effect for a win conditionBonfire of the Damned- board removal for all those pesky creatures (if you know of a cheaper alternative please inform me)
