Here is a 1st turn win deck based off of a deck on http://mtgdeckbuilder.net/forums/messages.aspx?TopicID=799 with my own twist. It requires a lot of luck.

          1st, a Lotus Petal and Ancient Tomb           Then, sacrifice the Lotus Petal for a blue mana and tap the Ancient Tomb for two mana and cast Show and Tell           Because of that, cast an Emrakul, the Aeons Torn          Then you get an extra turn to play down two Lotus Petal ( or a Lotus Petal and a Mountain ) and sac and tap the two Lotus Petal and Ancient Tomb for two madcap skills           Finally, with the 21/21 Emrakul, the Aeons Torn you can swing for 21 damage that can be blocked exept by two or more creatures
