To start of you want a good hand, you need either a Balustrade Spy or Undercity Informer

First you play either two Lotus Petals, or one Chancellor of the Tangle one Lotus Petal If neither of these variations are in your hand use Gitaxian Probe or Street Wraith to find them.

Then, using a black mana produced by the Lotus Petal, play Dark Ritual, using the total of 4 mana now play Balustrade Spy or Undercity Informer to mill your whole library.

Instead of the last two steps, sac 0 mana creatures like Phyrexian Walker to play Culling the Weak

Then, your Narcomoebas will come to play, sacrifice 3 of them to play Dread Return, with Dread Return bring back Angel of Glory's Rise, with this card you can return Azami, Lady of Scrolls and Laboratory Maniac to the battlefield.

Finally, tap Laboratory Maniac to draw a card, thanks to Azami, Lady of Scrolls, and you WIN!
