I second the Isochron Scepter idea it can be a beast when coupled with mana rocks or Seat of the Synod , Vault of Whispers , Darksteel Citadel and Unwinding Clock !

It's now in my sideboard for cards that will go in as I aquire them :D

What about Dimir Charm i know its not the best ever, but imagine the third effect with the scepter. Deoptimizing someones deck card by card...

I tried it out and it actually felt lackluster to me; maybe it'll change with the scepter though.

I took it out in place of the baleful strix, I believe.

Toxic Deluge

It's definitely been on my mind, but I'm building on a budget until I have the money for it; a lot if the money cards in here I just got lucky with.

It almost beat my Ruhan, the Social Drinker; very good!

I think Wheel and Deal , Windfall and Whispering Madness would be a good fit here.

Played after a an overloaded Cyclonic Rift , those spells practically mean game over especially if you have a Megrim or Liliana's Caress in play.

If you decide to go heavy on discard, you might like to use Waste Not as well.

Mega, I'm working Waste Not in and would like to at least include Wheel and Deal, but I feel the list as is seems to be fairly tight; what do you suggest as possibilities to cut?

Glaring Spotlight seems more like a sideboard card. Oona, Queen of the Fae , despite being my commander, can also be taken out IMO

Could see glaring spotlight coming out, though Oona's closed out so many games Id like to keep her in simply for the value she brings.

I really like the idea of mindcrank in here, but I have no idea what to cut.
