I am thinking about changing my mono blue Merfolk deck to this Merfolk with a white splash for Path to Exile and Sygg, River Guide. It is supposed to be controlling with Path to Exile + Remand while vialing in Fish, protected by Sygg, River Guide to finally beat down with Islandwalk + Spreading Seas.

Suggestions for improvement are very welcome. Also, what do you people think about Merfolk and white splash?
