It's Kumeno, the fish who turns a trickle into a flood. The deck is built around untapping the fish for value, with cards like Paradox Engine, Quest for Renewal, and Merrow Commerce to get more taps out of the boys, while tossing in stuff like Cryptolith Rite to turn the fishy boys into mana dorks. If it gets rolling it can go nuts, but its weak to disruption.
