This is my first attempt to brew up a deck for the Canadian Highlander format. I really love Slivers and I think that, with the right deck construction, they have a lot of potential to wreck havoc on the opponent by trying to keep them guessing what's in my hand. I'm not quite sure if using my points for tutors over Moxen is correct yet, but I'm running tutors for now to find the Sliver I need to put my opponent on the back foot or start swinging for damage.
