Just the 'facts, here.

Hey All! This is my first EDH/Commander deck. I found Isochron Scepter on EDHREC.com, and thought I'd build around it. I went with Horde of Notions because I wanted access to all five colors. I threw in a handful of spells I'd want to imprint onto Isochron Scepter, then put in all the copy artifact/copy creature cards I could. Soon, it became a more artifact-based deck. The idea is to tutor up whatever 2 CMC instant/sorcery you need, imprint it onto the scepter, then stabilize and imprint your business spells onto the copies of scepter, and the copies of that copy.

Please, comment, critique, offer suggestions. And also, I'm trying to make this budget since I'm dropping a lot on my current Modern deck. I have some of the cards, but not all of them.Main Win Conditions

Mycosynth Lattice + Tezzeret, Agent of Bolas to drain your opponents for a ridiculous amount

Guttersnipe + Rite of Passage kick the RoP, then start casting spells. copy him even more. It's hard to deal with 14 times x damage a turn. With Unwinding Clock out, it gets even worse for them.
