Is it possible to get an Avacyn, Angel of Hope into the deck, just to get more resiliency to your planeswalkers?

Especially when Hero's Downfall and Dreadbore are quite frequent.

Well, I've had Iona, Shield of Emeria in the deck initially, but I've never been able to cast her. In fact, I've had two different players cast Bribery and steal her, so I'm not sure Avacyn, Angel of Hope running around would fix my problem. I've never had a Hero's Downfall or Dreadbore actually cast against me.

Cards I'm missing from this list as of now: Elspeth Tirel , Gideon Jura , Jace Beleren , Karn Liberated , Sorin Markov , and Venser, the Sojourner for Planeswalkers. Contagion Engine , Cryptic Command , Faith's Reward for other spells. Arid Mesa , Marsh Flats , Misty Rainforest , Scalding Tarn , and Verdant Catacombs for lands. I'm going to order the remaining planeswalkers next week if I can't find them, along with Faith's Reward and Contagion Engine . Trying my best not to pay out for the lands and Cryptic Command .

i would actually like to see Spell Crumple as it is a great counterspell in EDH.
