Flash! Aah! Reflector of the Universe

Intro: U/W Flash Tempo/Control Standard. This deck controls the pace and allows flexibility of being on the defensive or being the aggressor. Play the board with cheap threats and then utilize the advantage through tempo and control.

Creatures: Smuggler's Copter is a staple in many standard decks, and this deck is no exception. Thraben Inspector is a nice cheap threat, crewing and investigating 1-Drop. Reflector Mage and Spell Queller will keep you ahead and takes out board threats at any stage in the game. Thalia, Heretic Cathar is a fun one-of that delays your opponents even more to find answers if you fall behind somehow. My MVP of this deck is Selfless Spirit simply because it has so much synergy. It can crew Copters, protects Queller, can trigger your beater Archangel Avacyn  , and let's not forget that at its core it's still a 2/1 flyer for 1W.

Spells: Stasis Snare is almost like playing a Banishing Light at instant speed. 4 of those? Yes, please. And I like having 2 Negate in a metagame where nearly everybody is turning artifacts into creatures.

Planeswalkers: Gideon, Ally of Zendikar will definitely put the pressure on your opponent to put something in front of him or match up with all the knights. This paired with all of your flyers will turn into a full-fledged air 'n' ground arsenal. It can also help trigger Westvale Abbey  . And speaking of lands...

Mana: I could probably cut down on Islands considering all the double W symbol cards in the mainboard. However, I want to see blue mana no matter what by turn 3 and also will be sideboarding in some double U symbol cards. Otherwise it stays as is until I find a reason not to.

Sideboard: Still working on it, however...Jace, Unraveler of Secrets is great to split Gideon and for draw prep if the Draw Gods seem to have it in for you. Fragmentize almost always gets sideboarded in when playing against a Vehicles or Aetherworks Marvel deck. Spell Shrivel will hit more than it misses and even if it does miss, they'll probably miss playing anything on their second-main and won't be able to respond on your turn. Rattlechains can protect itself and can protect Queller early game. Revolutionary Rebuff is great for more aggressive decks. Skysovereign, Consul Flagship gets you board advantage in a hurry. So I don't have necessarily have to trade blows, Always Watching can play great against more aggro, combat-hungry decks. It can hit everything and turn your lands into replacement creatures you can use for crew members in the late game, Scatter to the Winds can definitely be playable.

Updates Add

This deck is no longer standard legal or, in my opinion, viable. Two of the main pieces Smuggler's Copter and Reflector Mage got the ol' banhammer.
