This is a version of post rotation Flashtusk. It doesnt have splicers or birds. Rancor and Strangleroot Geist were left out just b.c of birds. Instead the deck focuses on casting cards with enters play abilities. With this decks worst enemy Torpor Orb out of the picture maybe it hasn't lost as much ground as it might seem. I like to flash my soulbonds and bond with Restoration Angel. There's also a lot of synergy with the soldiers and Captain of the Watch. Hopefully this build works!
