I put this together as a cheap deck surrounding Fleecemane Lion

Abzan Falconer, Ainok Bond-Kin, and Abzan Battle Priest all serve to give flying, first strike, and lifelink to everything with +1/+1.

Anafenza, Kin-Tree Spirit is just another way to get some easy counters on your creatures.

Easy counters are provided by Citadel Siege and Bow of Nylea (which also provides deathtouch to attackers), and multiple copies of Hardened Scales double or triple the number of counters you'll be placing.

Gods Willing & Defiant Strike will trigger heroic on Phalanx Leader providing more counters to all creatures you control.

Dragon Hunter just covers a slot that I couldn't think of anything else to fill. It's a nice card for standard and will keep dragons off your back for pretty cheap.

I would consider adding End Hostilities to clear the field after you have a monstrous fleecemane, since it will survive the sweep, letting you go in for some nice direct damage.
