is it possible to first boost varolz with Death's Shadow and Phyrexian Dreadnought and then sac it through Jarad, Golgari Lich Lord so your opponents lose a ton of lifes and then regenerate varolz again with all his counters?

You can't regenerate off a sacrifice. If an edict effect tells you to sacrifice a creature, you can't regenerate it from that, either. So no, if you sac Varolz, you lose all the counters and must start over when you recast him.

Final Parting would be solid in here because you can drop a scavenge target into the bin and snag an answer to the board state in 1 card.

I've found in my voltron or turn-sideways decks I am never sad to see Trailblazer's Boots. Would be good for both Varolz, infect guys, or any huge beater.
