Flickering fun! I play this casually though it could be modified for Standard pretty easily.

The key mechanic is the combination of mostly inexpensive creatures with ETB effects, combined with Cloudshift and Ghostly Flicker, as well as other unsummons. The Fiend Hunter combo is a well-known one for exiling one creature permanently and grabbing a 2nd creature for temporary exile.

Your early game will tend to be heavy on life gain (w/Sanctifiers and Exarch getting mutiple plays), creature removal with Fiend, card draws with Mentor. The primary win condition is to get Cathar's Crusade out and then overwhelm with multiple ETB creatures rapidly multiplying +1/+1 counters on your creatures. Lavinia can also detain blockers for a winning hit.
