Brago, King Eternal is all about value! ETB-effect cards are extremely powerful, and Brago is one of few commanders who allows you to abuse them relentlessly.

(As a side note, this isn't a heavily controlling or stax build. Brago can be built that way, and is superb at it, but my meta can't support that kind of oppression. If you generally play with a more cutthroat group, then consider cards like Winter Orb and Stasis.)

The deck's primary win condition comes through Strionic Resonator. With it and two mana worth of mana rocks (or a land untapper like Treachery), you can create an infinite number of Brago's blink triggers. Reality Acid, Riftwing Cloudskate, Rishadan Brigand, Spine of Ish Sah, or Venser, Shaper Savant will then win you the game on the spot by destroying/bouncing/forcing the sacrifice of every opposing permanent. Lightform and Cloudform will also immediately create a win; by repeatedly blinking them and the cards they manifest, you can put your whole deck into play face-up. Hit one of the other four wincon cards and it's all over.

Of course, these cards are also very effective if you merely blink them every turn with Brago; additionally, going all out with Strionic Resonator and other (non-winning) ETB cards can also put you in a great position (draw down to a winner with Mulldrifter? Create millions of Thopter tokens off Whirler Rogue? Pull every creature out of your graveyard with Karmic Guide?).

If you can't win that way, you have a few other options. Most creatures in this deck are evasive, so controlling the board while chipping away at life totals and drowning your opponents in value is a viable option. Elesh Norn, Grand Cenobite speeds this process up enormously, especially if you've managed to abuse strong token generators like Elspeth, Sun's Champion. You also have the parts to generate infinite mana (Peregrine Drake and either Deadeye Navigator or Eldrazi Displacer) to dump your hand onto the board and go from there.
