I see where you are going with this but maybe you could switch out some cards. Switch Dream Leash with Control Magic it's mana cheaper depending if you're looking to solely take creatures. How about using Curiosity? Maybe a Reliquary Tower for how much drawing you might be doing. Or if you want to draw 7 cards at once Jin-Gitaxias, Core Augur might be your guy. Though he is kind of expensive in both mana and funds. Just suggestions if you were looking for some.

I found Spellbook is cheaper funds wise and does pretty much the same thing without the mana.

you should add 2 Accumulated Knowledge and remove Divination, and Fleeting Distraction because Accumulated Knowledge is a 2 mana draw two cards one the first on you use and a 2 mana draw 3 cards if that is your second one. and -1 Shockmaw Dragon and +1Quicksilver Dagger

Just to clarify, Accumulated Knowledge does not get sent to the graveyard until after the spell resolves and the effect occurs. As such, the first card only draws 1 + 0, as there are currently 0 Accumulated Knowledge cards in the graveyard at the time of resolution. The second Accumulated Knowledge played will cause you to draw 1 + 1, and so-on. Obviously this is assuming your opponents aren't also running Accumulated Knowledges.
