My own brew of the "coin flipping" commander deck. The deck likes big creatures, card draw, and flipping:

• Card draw can do damage and/or make big creatures
• Big creatures can attack or do direct damage
• Flipping can get you big creatures or card draw

Main question: Are there any obvious inclusions or obvious cuts? I'd be interested in any in-flavor combos or win-cons.

The deck has a variety of ways to tutor up Krark's Thumb, or to get it back if it gets destroyed. I de-emphasized the bad coin flipping cards, and increased the card drawing and big creature payoffs, compared to other Zndrsplt and Okaun decks I've seen. The idea is to be slightly less dependent on the commanders, and more resilient.

My experience has been that people don't kill Okaun as much as they should. Most people learn to fear Frenetic Efreet after one or two games, so I try not to play it (or even tutor for it) until I think I can win.

Some win cons:

• With Vedalken Orrery in play and 7 mana, Chance Encounter + Frenetic Efreet just before your turn.
• Frenetic Efreet + Thassa's Oracle + Zndrsplt, Eye of Wisdom or Frenetic Efreet + Psychosis Crawler + Zndrsplt, Eye of Wisdom (even better with Vedalken Orrery)
• Chandra's Ignition + Frenetic Efreet + Okaun, Eye of Chaos tends to be my most common win condition

In many cases having Krark's Thumb + both commanders is almost as good as having Frenetic Efreet.

A few other notes:

• The goal of my ramp package is to get Okaun out on turn 4 (or earlier) as reliably as possible. I had Mana Vault but removed it because there isn't a good way to abuse it in this deck.
• Don't forget that Tezzeret the Seeker can -0 to get Mana Crypt

THB update. Added Thassa's Oracle in place of Laboratory Maniac. Added Underworld Breach as a reasonably cheap regrowth effect. Removed Propaganda (which I rarely need) to make room. Added Arcane Signet instead of the Talisman of Creativity and Shadowspear in place of Loxodon Warhammer.

Version 5 updates

• My evaluation of the common fetchlands has gone up, so + Evolving Wilds, + Terramorphic Expanse, - Island, - Mountain
• Want to try the new lands from MH1, so + Fiery Islet, - Mountain
• Want to try the new talismans from MH1, so - Chromatic Lantern, + Talisman of Creativity
• Treasure Nabber turned out to be a liability, drawing a lot of hate in the early game. I also had 1 more ramp than I intended, so cut.
• Cut Stranglehold for being no fun, out of theme.
• Those two cuts made room for Spark Double and Thundering Djinn, which both seem potentially fun.
