Words of Wind + (2) Mana rocks that net at least 1 positive Mana on cast such as Mana Crypt/Mana Vault/Grim Monolith/Mox Opal or other rocks with reducers on the field.

• you'll need a minimum of 2 Mana available after Words is on the battlefield as well as enough to cast the rocks.

• with Jhoira and one or both positive rocks on the field, pay 1 for words of wind. Float Mana from Rock A (if available) and cast a historic spell or Rock B.

• Bounce Rock A to hand while all opponents bounce a permanent. Pay 1 to prep Words again, float Mana from Rock B (if available) and cast Rock A.

• Bounce Rock B to hand while opponents bounce a permanent. You then continually loop the floating of Mana, words cost, cast Rock, return other rock until opponents boards are squeaky clean.

While this doesn't win the game outright, it does put your opponents back at square one which is typically scoop inducing.

Paradoxical Outcome is not a wincon but it's a great scoop inducer. Pickup all your rocks and 0s leaving at least one cost reducer drawing off each card picked up, then drawing off each recast. There's no reason you shouldn't draw into an actual wincon.
