This is quite a glass cannon of a deck; Fluctuator in the opening hand equals a very consistent turn 3 win. Because there are only 6 cards that don't replace themselves, it is still possible to win on turn three after mulliganing down to 5 and being on the draw (mulliganing is quite important, as Fluctuator is required for this deck to work).

To win, just get Fluctuator out, cycle as far as possible, play Dromar's Cavern, cycle the land that was returned to your hand, play Songs of the Damned, and win with either Haunting Misery or Exsanguinate (for multiplayer games).

Lotus Petal can be excanged for Dromar's Cavern to enable turn 2 wins (t1 tapped land into t2 Blasted Landscape into Fluctuator ). Dromar's Cavern is definitely the most consistent version of the deck.
