Flugel des Himmels (Wings of Heaven) is a tribute to the Munich Summer. I have spent about 18 months here now, and although I have not grasped the language yet, I'm trying to collect the cards for this deck in German.
Inspiration for card ideas comes easy - take for example the word "Himmel", meaning both sky and heaven; or the great sagas of Neuschwanstein; or even look to the seed of the darkest moments in human history.
Translating this to game play, the brief is then blue-white control, with an eye to glory.
To be honest, this is the first magic deck I have made since Tempest (yes, seriously), so I would really welcome any help. I've just started to collect the cards (main board and side board are best I've got so far), and I would like to make sure that it is "Standard legal" as of 27 September so that I can give it a try at the local.
