Thanks for the feedback.
At the moment, I am making changes and playtesting rather frequently. I am not entirely sure if this deck can compete at high level without Serra Ascendant or Archangel of Thune. I am trying to determine if there is an alternative that can be just as consistent or if I will just have to invest some cash into those cards.

have you considered the new white flip card Lone RiderIt's a human before it flips and will be easy to flip

4 falconer a is too much, I would cut 2 of them for 2 more Serra Ascendants and also try to work in 4 Martyr of Sands, it's your biggest life engine. I'd probably swap that for 2 lone rider and 2 aurioks.

Maybe you could take out the fetches and the township for Mikaeus, the Lunarch. +1

Oh my god...I think I'm in love. This deck fits my entire mentaloty with this game and is entirely different than most soul sisters decks I've seen.
And Lone Rider Flip gets no love whatsoever. He is a wonderful card.
+1

I like this. One concern would be what can you do about Infect? 4 Paths would not be enough.
Apart from that match, this looks really nice.

Also, your reasoning behind no Serra Ascendant? If it were down to me, I would probably be dropping a couple of 3-4 drops and putting the Ascendents in, but then I get the role that the more expensive creatures are filling - I would just ask if they are necessary to the already strong gameplan, over extra speed.

Jedders, thanks for the comment. I haven't played against Infect yet so I don't know how the match-up would go. However, I did play an opponent last week who was playing Affinity that relied on winning with Infect damage. I was able to win the round, but it wasn't the typical style Infect.
I've been playing this deck and taking notes regularly for a month. I plan on doing an update report soon on how the deck matches up against the popular metas.
I was playing 2 Serra Ascendants mainboard but I was not able to reliably stay above 30 life long enough to utilize the card effectively. Perhaps, if I was running 4 instead I might be able to get more value out of Serra Ascendant but honestly I didn't want to make the investment in 2 cards more when Abzan Falconer gives my creatures flying very consistently.

Alko897, thanks! I love Tribal decks and Abzan Falconer is one of my favorite cards. Soul Sisters seemed like a deck where Falconer could be viable in the Modern format. Lone Rider Flip is a force in this deck. Flipping multiple Lone Rider Flips is a solid win condition.

What about Felidar Sovereign? I understand he may be a bit costy, but it seems that you will have no problem reaching 40 life and winning that way, if you don't mind winning the game by other means than combat damage.

For infect, might I recommend Ethereal Haze or Holy Day. hitting one fog usually shuts them down after turns 2-3 depending on how resistant they are. melira is not in your colors.
speaking of that? why green? why not just run mono white with the 4 ghost quarters? would be much more streamlined. and any particular reason for no serra ascendant? I saw the above comment, but it is a must include because once you hit 30, they have to aim all their damage at your face and try to get around the fat 6/6 flying lifelink beater. and yes, it needs 4. all 4. everytime.
I played against a soul sisters that would win via infinite life concession. turn 1 soul sister, turn 2 Leonin Relic-Warder, turn 3 Phyrexian Metamorph. win.

Serra Ascendant could be gross instead of Abzan Falconer.

I actually disagree on that one. Abzan falconer is perfect in this deck. Giving ajani's pridemate flying? absolutely insane. Also, with the lieutenant, everything can get flying. way too good to cut.

Flying makes a creature unblockable to creatures without flying while letting you block your opponents flying creatures. Unless I'm mistaken blocking your opponents creatures means you're losing. If you are attacking your opponent them blocking is rather unlikely. If they do want to block then almost any removal spell will kill Abzan Falconer.

hunkers I use Abzan Falconer to give all my creatures Flying and attack my opponent often for the win. I discuss it in the description and the recent update. Yes, instant speed removal can kill Abzan Falconer just as it could any creature, but it is not the only way this deck wins, just an important one.

Why would you ever run 2xTemple Garden in a mono-white build?

Only reason i see is you activate the township. which i said he needs to cut anyway

I really like this deck, but I'd like to see a budget version of it! Good job though!
December 8, 2016 8:35 p.m.
That1guy69 if you want budegt, go all plains and cut the auriok champions for another 1 drop white creature or some more rangers.

hunkers, I did have Hardened Scales in the deck for a little while but it seemed to conflict too much with wanting to play a Soul Sister or a Champion of the Parish turn one. Plus it doesn't seem like the deck needs the extra counters from Hardened Scales.

Abzan Falconer, unfortunately, is likely to be too slow for modern. If your heart is set on it, I'd go down to 2x.
Not a human, but VERY strong with both life gain and +1/+1 counter synergy is Scavenging Ooze. It's just very good, and very useful against a multitude of modern strategies. Messes with Snapcaster Mage, abzan company, dredge, reanimator, delve, etc.
