Test concept deck. Not yet finalised. Combo is Brought Back on an isochron sceptre to repeatedly reanimate Kami of False Hope (sorry Spore Frog , wrong colour) and Seal of Fire to fog your way to victory doing 2 damage per turn until the opponent dies. An alternative is to repeatedly Ghost Quarter the opponent out of the game once you've dealt with the board and just have them never be able to cast a spell as you've nuked all their land. The deck name Foggy Moggy was when I still had Mogg Fanatic as the damage dealing card, until the seal just proved to be the better and more reliable card.

Silence combo is still present in the deck, I would be mad not to have it in here for suck a janky pile of cards with an ice-cream sceptre, along with some removal and protection in Path to Exile , Blessed Alliance , Negate , and Lightning Helix , the latter also providing a little life gain or reach. Snapcaster Mage does blow any hope of budget out of the water but it's almost necessary in staying alive and does mini-combo with Brought Back whether or not it's under the Sceptre. Tribute Mage is the slow but fine way to find isochron sceptre meaning the deck's not just screwed if it can't natural draw the artifact. Faithless Looting is here as well for that purpose, and probably the one place around in this format where it's being used as an actual fair magic card. It was almost an Izzet Charm for it's added versatility, but the lower CMC and potential added turn 1 play ended in the looting's favour.

Still finalising the sideboard and manabase for where the deck actually wants to have its curve covered.
