Well, this deck is far from control. Aside from Keranos, it has only 1-for-1 answers and no way to generate card advantage outside of Keranos. I cannot imagine it dealing with any deck that can deploy a resilient threat or more than 1 threat per turn.

DRAW. OVERWHELMING CARD ADVANTAGE. MULTIPLE ANSWERS AVAILABLE PER THREAT. #justcontrolthingsthatyoudonothave.

Replace every single instant you have with valuable cards that do more than create a 1-for-1. Dissolve can stay. Replace the lands that cause you pain (except the mana confluence) with basics and/or fetches. Stormbreath is not a wincon in a control deck, replace it with more control. That is 17 cards

Add in 3 Dig Through Time , 3 Steam Augury , 1 more Dissolve , 2 Chandra, Pyromaster , 1 End Hostilities , 4 Prognostic Sphinx , 3 Banishing Light . That is a good direction to take the deck to control territory.

thanks for the suggestions some queries i have
1) why is Prognostic Sphinx over Stormbreath Dragon
2) why is chandra considered over sarkhin?
3) at my LGS enchantment removal is big and i wanted to stray from it are they any other choices over banishing light?
4) card draw is what this has been lacking but is Dig Through Time better then instant draw 3 cards?
5) apart from the board wipe i haven't seen anymore 2 for 1 cards am i understanding the term 2 for 1?

i am releativly new and might not understand all these concepts as well as you

1/ Prognostic sphinx is unkillable without mass removal and stops all the 4/X creatures in Standard, while providing an evasive beater with scry when attacking.

2/ sarkhan is aggressive. He wins the game when you are ahead and does not do anything when you are behind. chandra is very good with jace and sphinx, and can be a good lategame card when running out of cards in hand, but having tons of mana.

3/ Removal is big because it is good and necessary. You want to set up a fort which is unbreakable for the opponent. Removing key cards is crucial to this strategy, especially in a creature centric format like KTK standard.

4/ Dig is instant and synergizes well with jace and every other instant and sorcery. Jace's Ingenuity and/or Steam Augury is very nice as well, so run it alongside dig :)

5/ Master the Way is a 2-for-1 card - it replaces itself and kills a creature. keranos is a 2-for-1 card at least half the time. 2-for-1s are not always removals, but any that is generating card advantage.

Maybe run 1 less Jace, the Living Guildpact and run Sarkhan, the Dragonspeaker as a 1-of instead.

Also adding in a 4th Banishing Light and Jeskai Charm would probably be good, they will help you with removing your opponent's threats until your threats can be on board.

Finally, your sideboard could include cards like Nyx-Fleece Ram , Deflecting Palm , and Monastery Swiftspear .

i would run sarkhan it i could ever open or trade for one, 4 Banishing Light s is prob the only way to deal with planeswalkers post board outside of keranos,

side board why the Monastery Swiftspear ??? i can why the others but not him

Well, partly because I like Monastery Swiftspear . But its also because he gives you some early beats, which can possibly help with games. I guess it just depends on how frequently you land a boardwipe on turn 3-4, and if you want to try and rush a control mirror match or not.

Maybe add some Erase to the sideboard to deal with opposing Banishing Light ?

Also, why the WR gain land over the WR temple, as well as no basics/fetches? I feel like the majority of your lands CIPT slows you down far too much.

i dont have any of the red/white temples sadly and they were in replacement. i usally don't mind the amount of CIPT lands due to being able to cast a turn 3 anger of the gods in most cases or leave up a dissolve.

I would replace the Cancel s in the sideboard with more Dissipate or Dissolve ASAP.

Dig Through Time is a great upgrade to Weave Fate , getting more card selection for a cheaper cost.

How has Devouring Light been working out for you versus burn options like Lightning Strike ?

For the sideboard, Polymorphist's Jest and Deflecting Palm are good options.

devouring light i think is a better late game card then lightning strike, it can deal with rhinos and coursers once there on the board or even sarkhan which has saved me the game before

i don't have any dtt but i trailing with Treasure Cruise atm and finding it better.
