Is there enough space to reasonably play the HD combo in this deck? They share quite a few pieces.
A friend of mine played a hybrid and it was dece.It gives the deck another angle.

You can definitely play Tazri as a hybrid deck with FC & Druid, but the playstyle and deck composition changes pretty significantly, becoming an entirely different deck.

Shaper, what got cut for Gilded Drake? The change log at the bottom says Worldly Tutor but I thought that was already removed.

Shaper, ignore that last question. I saw that you had made a revision within the last day and I did not check the comments before posting. Sorry for the mistake.

Just built this deck. Love it. Thoughts on a few cards. I play against heavy Aggro.Angels grace to go full lab maniac.Oketras last mercy for life recovery. The white pact to not loose.

loving the deck so far, thougths on where you may slide in something like Faerie Macabre in a graveyard/hulk heavy meta?

Wow, I really like this deck. Coming from only playing tazri in a janky ally tribal build, this is really cool to see. Just wondering, have you ever considered maybe adding in the Turntimber Ranger + Arcane Adaptation combo? It works ok, if your food chain plan falls through for some reason. Other than that, it looks like a really fun deck to use.

ShaperSavant can this deck work without the duellands

DeadassJ: Definitely! I play the $420-Version and it's able to win on turn 4-5 regularly.

DeadassJ Yes. Check the budget section in the primer.

Hello, I was wondering why the deck needs three ally's to win. Wouldn't you just need one with Tazri to kill the table?

Hi ShaperSavant! I have a question, why don't you use Gaea's Cradle? Because you have so many dorks... I own a copy of the craddle so I wanted to used it, what do you think?

Kapadocio_ We can't really expect to have too many creatures and it's really important that lands tap for colors on the early turns. Cradle was in some of the initial drafts of the deck but it proved to not be worth the slot and early game inconsistency.

ShaperSavant Would Rest in Peace fit in the deck? As we are already trying to exile Eternal Scourge & Misthollow Griffin... It blows reanimator decks back out.
I'm finding Dark Tutelage is a good cheap option to replace Dark Confidant.
One last question, outside of the mana base, what do you believe are the 3-4 first pieces to upgrade within the deck? I'm running a version between the $420 & $1000 now, I'm thinking Pact of Negation, Mana Drain, Flusterstorm.

Team_KLK RIP is functional in the deck, but Containment Priest serves generally the same role, except has flash and sacs for FC mana. RIP means you need to be much more careful to ensure the combo is forced through, but it shouldn't be too much of an issue.
Tutelage has the same issue where Confidant is played largely because it sacs to FC. It's somewhat decent into a grindy meta, but I might choose to play some other one-shot draw like Night's Whisper or Impulse or Sleight of Hand instead.
The cards to get first are Sylvan Library, Mana Crypt, Imperial Seal, Force, and Pact. Force/Pact are more versatile buys overall but the extra tutor goes a long way in this particular deck.

I've always thought FC decks should play Ancestral Knowledge but maybe it's too slow/bad?

I have been playing cEDH for quite some time, and I really like this list. I am in a playgroup of four where everyone is playing tier 1.5 and up all the time. So I would like to add my two cents for the players who are in the same situation as me.
Possible changes and why:
OUT:
Culling the Weak (too weak imo)
Fire Covenant (hard to cut, but I never really miss it)
Boreal Druid (Its the worst of the dorks, and we got plenty)
IN:
Counterspell (can become whatever you like, I just like more protection)
Negate (a must play in my meta)
Pernicious Deed (you will need this against Grand Arbiter Augustin, Teferi and Tymna/Tana. I goes around Rule of Law and cards like that)

I have been playing cEDH for quite some time and I play in a playgroup of four. We all play tier 1.5 and up. From my experience I would change a couple of cards in this otherwise AWESOME list (gj Shaper and Big):
OUT:
Boreal Druid - Its the worst of the dorks, and I never really want it. Sometimes I even mulligan even though I have G mana and Boreal on my starting hand.
Fire Covenant . The hardest card to cut, but I never really miss it. And I put in Pernicious Deed, see below why.
Culling the Weak - Its good, but I never really miss it in this deck.
IN:
Counterspell - Or any other kind of disruption. I am leaning towards playing Mana Leak actually.
Negate - We need protection/disruptoin when playing against tier 1.5 and above.
Pernicious Deed - This card shines against decks that are hard for this deck. That is GAAIV, Teferi and the uprising of Tymna/tana. I really like it so far.

Glad you're enjoying it. Interaction/Culling swaps are pretty reasonable; tune it to your meta. I play FireCov to be able to surgically remove the bears preventing the win without damaging your on-board Food Chain mana. Pernicious Deed is fine if it suits your playstyle/meta. I can't see myself ever wanting to remove Boreal Druid, though. I'd play several more dorks if there were more to play.

I speak on it not having played it outside goldfishes, but having played against it (or a close variant) both in my paper group and online with some frequency. I am inclined to think that it is rather inconsistent, capable of early godhands with more frequency than most decks, and is overall fragile and non-interactive relative to the rest of the cream-of-the-crop. Not peronally my cup of tea, but certainly strong and viable. I think the meta will grow in resilience to the current popularity of Hulk. I'm not much for "top 5" lists, but I don't think it makes mine if I was.
