How does one shut down opponents attackers quickly? With Stormtide Leviathan of course! "For a Better Stormtide" is a full on ramp deck, while still having room for other goodies. The goal is to cast Stormtide Leviathan as early as possible, and can hit T4 if everything works out properly. He's surrounded by a host of of clones and card drawers.
