more like v2 of a deck im making for a friend newer to commander. I originally built Massacre girl as the commander, but I quickly came across issues with making a budget black deck that also didnt have a commander to really support it. This one seeks to fix those issues by being more of a mono black good stuff for beginners deck while also staying fairly budgett.
