We can then fetch Possessed Portal and keep making more treasures to sacrifice to it.
Vehicles are there so we can tap as many dwarves as we want for the crew cost.
Mycosynth Lattice + Unwinding Clock will let us untap our dwarves and re-crew them for more treasures.
