I like to give my decks names that work as jokes or puns on multiple levels, and refuse to apologize for this dumb habit of mine. Horde of Notions is an amazing Commander with many fantastic uses, and when paired with Maelstrom Wanderer and a sacrifice engine, you can continually get free spells off of the top of your deck. It almost becomes an Epic Spell, except you can still cast other spells as well. A bit of Cascade and Elemental Tribal support are far from the only gimmicks this deck has going for it, as there are also cards that influence counters on permanents, reanimating Evoke Elementals thanks to their Commander, and other ways to make the game play by your rules. When you control the very elements, the Multiverse becomes your plaything...
