The idea here was to build a deck that used Oona in a more 'straight-up', non-mill way that could be used in mainly 1v1. Faeries are awesome for control, and since most of them are wizards/rogues, you can do some pretty neat things with Oona. Also, this deck relies heavily on using your tokens and not being afraid of losing them. Card advantage here is pretty good it seems.

First off, I'll talk about some of the more important cards and their purposes as I saw them... (feel free not to read this if you don't care :P)

Ashnod's Altar - Probably the most usable/important card in the deck. I've found that it's extremely important to try to get this out if you can. It fuels Oona and combos greatly with Grave Pact. Also, for more fuel, late game it does well with Everflowing Chalice. Your tokens are there to help you, so let them do that.

Rings of Brighthearth - Copies Oona's ability, but can also work with Glen Elendra Archmage or Arcanis the Omnipotent.

Butcher of Malakir - Another nice creature, but really just Grave Pact redundancy, since this deck does really well with that out. Sheoldred, Whispering One also helps keep creatures off the board, but doesn't combo as well.

Teferi, Mage of Zhalfir, Leyline of Anticipation - Flash is just awesome.

Leyline of the Void - I hate playing against decks that just include stupid amounts of recursion.

Skullclamp,Mask of Riddles,Shadowmage Infiltrator,Ghastlord of Fugue, Jin-Gitaxias, Core Augur, Dire Undercurrents - All to fuel your card advantage.

Faerie Pumps - Adaptive Automaton, Door of Destinies, Glen Elendra Liege, Scion of Oona

So far, I'm pretty pleased with it. I'll keep updating as I make changes.
