With the synergies between Urabrask, Heretic Praetor or Possibility Storm with cards such as Drannith Magistrate or Soulless Jailer, we can prevent opponents from drawing new cards or even outright casting spells. Force cards into exile with Elite Spellbinder or Soul Partition to either delay plans or as complete removal once Drannith Magistrate is on the battlefield.

Strict Proctor and Thalia, Guardian of Thraben tax your opponent's ability to trigger ETB effects and cast non-creature removal spells. Whilst the former can mess with Elite Spellbinder, it can also benefit us by allowing the land Lotus Field to come into play without requiring us to sacrifice lands. This benefit can also be achieved by playing Blood Sun, as that removes all non-mana abilities from lands, and even allows Lotus Field (as well as other lands) to come into play untapped. If you are playing the Explorer format on Arena, this could be a replacement for Possibility Storm, as that card is yet to be released.

Containment Priest can be useful for preventing creatures from being cheated into play with Indomitable Creativity and Neoform. However, it can also stop creatures from being blinked/flickered, as well as sagas like Fable of the Mirror-Breaker   or Kumano Faces Kakkazan   from flipping to their creature side. Eldrazi Displacer can force a blink effect; Combined with Containment Priest, it acts as a exiling removal effect. (You must have a colorless source to use this effect of Displacer)
