MattDovah Wow, thanks for the suggestion! That card has so much potential! All the Kamigawa dragons and ETB dragons such as Karrthus, Tyrant of Jund can be exploited nicely with this! Thank you for that!

You're welcome ;)
Another big one i used to play here was Moltensteel Dragon for an insta-win.
You just have to put two activations on the stack without waiting for one to resolve, then get Moltensteel with the first one. In response to the second one still waiting to resolve, you can pay a bunch of life/red mana to pump him. The pump will stay regardless of what he turns into, so you give him like +8/+0, then you get Skithiryx, the Blight Dragon when the second activation of Scion's ability resolves, and you have more than 10 poison counters on your opponent for the win ;)
Or if you still want friends and if you don't want to win due to poison, you can just turn him into Dragon Tyrant with the second activation of the ability and you can pull out massive damage with double-strike and trample.

I thought I would stop in to point out one important potential rules issue. Because of the interaction between the Kamigawa dragons' 'death' triggers and the replacement effect caused by sending your Commander to the Command Zone, you won't get the triggers if Scion dies, unless you send him to the graveyard. I bring this up because I've had it out several times with a Keiga player over the triggered ability. I guess being a judge doesn't matter to some people.
One thing I would recommend, since you are running so many 'die' effects, I would highly recommend Rite of Replication. It seems like a perfect fit. There is no better feeling than the kicked Rite on Koko for the iconic Koko Puffs combo.

This looks like SUCH a solid list. 34 Lands scares the crap out of me but I guess you do have enough "Put into Play" effects...
Go Dragons.

+1. Have you tried using The Ur-Dragon as your commander? That way, you will always pay less for your Dragons.

Nethereon Thank you for the suggestion. I'll see if I can find room to fit in Rite of Replication.
NighNoNot Thank you! Yeah, I was nervous at 34 lands as well, but with the amount of fixing, I have yet to have trouble with the curve.
Hexaflexagon Thank you for the suggestion. However, the acceleration The Ur-Dragon provides is not competitive. It is not until well into the late game that I have multiple options per turn. Often, with the Ur-Dragon, I would be able to play one dragon per turn until he landed on the battlefield himself. With Scion of the Ur-Dragon leading the pack, I am able to fuel the graveyard and then later return my dragons for added value. Additionally, I can play more reactively against the pod and select the Combat or Death triggers I need.

Thank you to everyone who has been providing feedback, I really appreciate the options your suggestions have given me! (Shout out to MattDovah and Nethereon!)
This deck has been performing tremendously well! So far, I've only lost one game where I was hated out because of "Dragons!" (I was even hated out before Atraxa Superfriends!)
Based on the recommendations made by those in the comments, I decided to make the list just a little more competitive and consistent, I made the following adjustments:
Replaced Kaalia of the Vast with Bloom Tender. Kaalia's ability is great when the entire deck is built around her. Otherwise, it is very situational. In addition, in a deck centered around reanimation, our hand isn't normally stocked with bombs for Kaalia to exploit. Instead, I've added Bloom Tender to give me some dedicated ramp.
Replaced Ulvenwald Tracker with Feldon of the Third Path. This is a straight value trade. Ulvenwald Tracker's ability was very situational removal and often required some form of synergy with Scion of the Ur-Dragon. Feldon is a much better pick for this deck and offers much more value and synergy with the graveyard!
Replaced Sarkhan's Triumph with Rite of Replication. This was a tough call, however after play testing, a late game Rite of Replication was often much more valuable than a late game Dragon Tutor. I emphasize "late game" because this is indeed a late game deck (as are most dragon decks). Particularly, if Boseiju, Who Shelters All can guarantee a kicked Rite of Replication in combination with any of the Kamigawa Dragons... well then, GG!
Please let me know what you think of the changes! As always, all suggestions are welcome and all upvotes are appreciated! Thank you!

Hi,
This looks amazing fun! To be honest I have no idea how to make this deck even more awesome than it already is. All I can say is great job and keep generating these fantastic decks. And if you feel any sort of inclination towards it, I could always use help with some of my decks :)

I would like to give suggestions, but it would be way easier to look at my deck.

Hi,
Like the deck a a lot. Just a few questions. Your deck is built without some of the standard commander staples. Eg, no lightning greaves, boots, etc.
Aren't you worried people will just counter your commander? Any examples on how you pilot Scion? I've only been playing a year or so, sometimes obvious things still pass me by. :)

First, thank you for taking the time to check out the deck.
To answer your question, I do worry about people countering my Commander. Ultimately, outside of Cavern of Souls, I really just have to play the table to determine when it is a good time to cast Scion of the Ur-Dragon.
In regard to Lightning Greaves and similar cards: I do not really need to play around protecting my dragons once they are on the field, because I have so many recursion effects. The only removal I need to be weary of is "Exile" effects. Just last Wednesday (June 13), I had a Dragon Tempest on the field, and the opponents kept controlling/removing my dragons. Around turn 11 or 12, I was able to recur 8 dragons with Living Death to kill 2 opponents from the damage from Dragon Tempest directly. Then, I swung and finished the last one.
The particular playstyle of this deck wants to win in explosive turns like this. Take your time, play your options, and know that as long as your graveyard isn't exiled, you have a good chance of seeing your fiery beasts again!

Thank you for the tips. I've played for about a year and now I'm getting into playing with combos to win. And the Timmy in me likes dragons.
Though not sure how fast it will run. I have the cheaper fetch lands and at the moment holding off on the shock lands with ravinica around the corner. Though the lands I do have in there are fetch able. (Canopy vista etc and basics).
Thanks again. See how it runs today.

themikeyt That sounds awesome. I've been playing (consistently) for about a year myself. I started playing commander with the 2017 commander series released. It was a slow grind, but I was able to get to this build after about 6 months of trading and playing.
Good luck on your journey, and feel free to make this deck your own. I play re-animator because it gives me explosive finishes while allowing me to respond to the board state. That said, with the introduction of Muldrotha, the Gravetide, graveyard hate has become something the deck now needs to play around. So, if you are going the re-animator route, be cognizant of emerging meta patterns.
If you have any questions, please let me know! I hope you keep at it!

I do like this deck, but have you considered Hellkite Charger in place of Aggravated Assault ? It is more expensive, but it is a dragon, which shall

Hey DemonDragonJ, Thanks for the question.
I originally did run Hellkite Charger , but it costs 2 mana to activate Scion, and then another 7 mana to activate the Hellkite's extra combat. It also only nets in a single additional combat.
Alternatively, I chose to run Aggravated Assault because it combos very well with Savage Ventmaw . With a total cost of 7 for the activation of Scion and Aggavated Assault, I get infinite combats to close out the game since the Ventmaw nets 1 mana in the pool each combat.

Vlasiax Thanks for the food for thought.
Rhythm of the Wild : I originally considered it as a haste enabler, but decided it against it. I only need to enable haste in specific situations. Thinking of it is as counter-protection is something I didn't vest much consideration into because I don't hard-cast that many dragons. In any event, I'll give it some play testing and let you know if we can find a home for it.
Karrthus, Tyrant of Jund vs. Dragonlord Kolaghan : You actually hit the nail on the head with why I went with Karrthus over Kolaghan. If I need the haste, I'm probably going to fish for it with Scion's ability, so the CMC doesn't really matter that much. BUT if I did need to hard cast one of these dragons, I'd want to hard cast the one that gives me a little extra value. That would be Karrthus, since Kolaghan isn't going to get much value in EDH (despite a more accessible CMC).

ThousandOaks very cool deck! I was just curious if you had any updates for the newest sets!
Also are you from TO, CA.? That would be pretty funny cause I am. Thanks!

DivineKhaos I used to live in TO. :) It made a good gamer handle, so I ran with it since.
There are a few updates that could be made (such as Arcane Signet), but I haven't taken a comprehensive dive into it.

Why the ranger captain? There are better cards like the WW creature that prevents your opponents from casting on your turn.

Why not Inferno of the Star Mounts? You have plenty of ways to increase Scion's power. Get it to 19 or so, then flip to Inferno, pump it up and hit someone for 20, then swing for another 20

Very nice deck, i used to play it once!
I'd suggest Feldon of the Third Path to build a very nice combo with Yosei
