Elesh Norn, Grand Cenobite doesn't like many people, and it especially doesn't like your opponent. Blood Seeker, Suture Priest, Blood Artist and Falkenrath Noble are the core of this deck, combined with Elesh Norn, Grand Cenobite and field wipes, with Exquisite Blood, Oracle of Nectars and Typhoid Rats making you tough to kill as it is. Forbidden Orchard just rounds it off, with Elesh Norn, Grand Cenobite in play, it's constant tap to hurt your opponent material. Wonderful, a slow and certain death will ensue.
