this deck is a copy of The Best $20 You'll Ever Spend with some minor edits. In fact, I claim ZERO CREDIT for this deck. I have made it public only to share with the original author.

dropping the temple of malice (for basics), hero's downfall (for extra copies of some other removal), and master of the feast (for minotaur skullcleavers) will put it back in the $20 range. I like the temples for the scry, and they are generally ok to drop on turn 1 and then later turns. I've found titan's strength to be similarly useful. in this deck, scry helps work around too many or too few lands. titan's strength can also help you surprise your way around those pesky sylvan caratids.

strategy is simple: play haste creatures ASAP and turn 'em sideways. use burn spells to clear the way or finish off an opponent, think strategically with Mogis's Marauder as it can easily allow you to swing for 8-10+ on turn 3 or 4. With proper mulligans, this deck swings for 5-8+ on turn 3 which, combined with the 2-5 you can squeeze out on turns 1 and 2, can put a win in your column in 5 turns or less. In playtesting, I have produced this scenario even after taking mulligans down to just 4 cards. typically I am looking for one of each color and at least one (2+ is better, obviously) 1 or 2 drop creature in my opening hand. you will rarely have open mana in this deck and you will rarely have more than 4 lands in play.

feeling ballsy? drop two of the temples and add an extra copy of a burn spell of your choice. I'm not comfortable with only 18 lands, but that's just me.

SIDBOARDING

against U/W/x control (assuming you can't outrace it): 3x duress for 3x mogis's marauders, 2x hero's downfall for lightning strike (optional).

against w, u, r, or g aggro: 3x Doom Blade come in for 3x Shock, 2x searing blood for 1x shock and 1x lightning strike.

against blue devotion: 4x duress and 2x doom blade for 3x shock & either lightning strike or titan's strength, depending on how much control they are throwing out - opponents with lots of control should drop the titan's strength as it will be easier to LS them at end of their turn.

against g/X monsters: 3x doom blade and either 2x searing blood or 2x ultimate price over 1x shock, 1x titans strength and 3x lightning strike. hero's downfall may be better than doom blade if you see a lot of Xenagos, Domri, Nissa, etc in this matchup.

black variants (mono, Orzhov midrange, junk midrange): 3x Dark Betrayal comes in for Shock. 3x Duress also comes in instead of 3x Mogis's Maurader to strip their removal.

burn: 3x duress for 3x mogis's marauders.

superfriends: hero's downfall and maybe duress.

Updates Add

I was running 2 Mogis, God of Slaughter in this deck for about a month of FNMs. it was a useless addition and I've dropped them.
