Madness with Glint-Eye Nephilim! There's plenty of madness cards, several madness enablers, and the requisite card draw, counters, and removal to back it up. Try to win with value because real win-cons are overrated!

I won't list out the madness cards because there's a bunch of them. Madness enablers include Psychatog, Volrath the Fallen , Glint-Eye Nephilim, Foil, Lotleth Troll, , Jace's Archivist, Cephalid Looter , Faithless Looting , Compulsive Research , and Deal Broker.

The only real win-cons are Glint-Eye Nephilim, Lotleth Troll, Volrath the Fallen , or Psychatog with Whispersilk Cloak or Trailblazer's Boots. The rest of the game is getting value out of madness until you can get one of these on the board, then protect it with counterspells.

Vandalblast, Tormod's Crypt, Nihil Spellbomb, and Bojuka Bog are meta-specific calls.

The Maybe Board is contemplating adding a flashback theme to the deck in addition to the madness one to get more value.

This is supposed to be budget-friendly, so I'm not running cards that I really should run like Consecrated Sphinx and better lands. If you want to make this more budget, cut cards like some of the lands like Polluted Delta I happened to have.
