Why arent you running Horizon lands in a Hulk shell??

HighOnBuffs I dont run it because of the damage that comes with them tapping for the coloured mana.

I really like this deck! it opens up really well to the new card such as Thassa's Oracle and ofcourse Underworld Breach, but is more creative than fish hulk for example.

Since I'm on a budget, how critical is Timetwister to this deck?
