I still think Timetwister is better than Echo of Eons . It's a CMC3 card in hand which is better than EoE and even if it's milled into the graveyard, it still serves as a combo component when Labman is not available.

Chipping in, Shuko actually does not need another creature to go infinite with Cephalid Illusionist , you can attach an equipment to the creature it is already equipping.
