this probably isn't good but i wanted to quickly make something because I saw Terisian Mindbreaker and it's better than other mill-halfs sorta, at least with black. Or maybe you could combo it with Lightning Axe, in a way similar to phoenix decks?

I don't know what to sideboard. Maybe The Stone Brain? possibly. There's probably also a way to shift to self-mill with a Jace, Wielder of Mysteries, and some of those other easy self-mill bits.

Also, this one doesn't have a budget because I don't care anymore as long as someone else may have the ability to build it in paper. It's more of a research experiment than something for myself, and that's fine.
