So I've been thinking of a way to make a deck using the least amount of mana possible. I think I have come very close. Using CMC 0 cards such as Memnite + Ornithopter you get artifacts on the field. Then using Master Artificer you change those artifacts into Blightsteel Colossus or Memnarch and replay them for free. Or if you are a little short on mana you can return Everfull Chalice to re-kick it for even more mana. Then Mycosynth Lattice hits the field and you can steal everything from everybody including lands or enchantments.

I know this deck has the huge flaw to anything that destroys artifacts.

Main combos:

Master Transmuter + Ornithopther into Blightsteel Colossus or Memnarch

Memnarch + Mycosynth Lattice to steal all the things

Master Transmuter + Everfull Challice for increasing mana pools
