This is my Merfolk-Tribal EDH Deck led by Kumena, Tyrant of Orazca. The main goal of this Deck is to outvalue your opponents by tap and untapping shenanigans. Since you need only two other Merfolk to begin drawing cards with Kumena and most of the creatures have low cmc. you will be drawing cards quickly.

To maximize on Kumena's draw capability I run a bunch of untappers.

Merrow Commerce: This little Enchantment will untap ALL MERFOLK allowing to draw twice as much with Kumena. Being a tribal Enchantment and therefore counting as Merfolk it can be tapped by Kumena's. It can also be tutored by both Merrow Harbinger and Forerunner of the Heralds.

Quest for Renewal: With Quest for Renewal your creatures untap during each other player's untap step. You only need four quest counters which you will get by tapping a creature. This is crazy in combination with Kumena.

Murkfiend Liege and Seedborn Muse: Again both these card allow your creatures to untapped during each other player's untap step. Murfiend Liege will also buff all your blue and green creatures by +1/+1 (+2/+2 if they're both). Seedborn Muse untaps not only your creatrures but also all your other permanents. By playing flash enabler like Vedalken Orrery, Leyline of Anticipation, Alchemist's Refuge, Winding Canyons you have yourself a Prophet of Kruphix which I would totally play if it wasn't banned. Even without Seedborn Muse the flash enabler cards give you a ton of flexibility since you can play your creatures at instant speed.

This Deck also runs Triumph of the Hordes, because... why shouldn't you run it??

If this Deck functions as intended you'll be drowning (ba dum tss) in card advantage.
