This is my first try to build a mill deck and I dont want to spend much money with it...

Thoughtseize is there because I have one, and a good removal in early game, Duress is a cheaper replace.

Breaking is a top down for second turn, to make your enemy perplexed.

Omenspeaker, Pilfered Plans and Read the Bones to draw faster.

Bile Blight is a killer card, can take down tokkens easy. Doom Blade is a cheap creature killer, Dark Betrayal is a side. Far / Away give to you two good instant that work fine separed and powerfull together. Ratchet Bomb can remove a lot cards, even tokkens with no charge counter.

In a control deck can't miss counters, Dissolve give you scry and Psychic Strike do a top 2.

The cards that stop your oponent heart. Consuming Aberration is a powerfull creature that become more powerfull in every card drop you have. Mind Grind can literally drop more tan the half of your oponent library. Jace, Memory Adept is the best dropper in standard, his ULT can easilly win the game.

AEtherize is to stop agros in time to let you drop heartstoper cards.Crypt Incursion is to exile rebacking creatures and gain some life.Negate is a better counter to spells decks.Psychic Spiral can reback cards to your library and still drop your oponents.
