This deck enables your heroic creatures to become large, unblockable, and protected. Turn two Battlewise Hoplite, if not destroyed or bounced by turn 3, can Retraction Helix for control, or Aqueous Form to become unblockable. This allows for a turn 3 scry and +1/+1 counter, and in the case of Aqueous, a double scry when attacking.
Ordeal of Thassa is a big player for adding +1 counters and drawing cards. Once it is played and attacked with, 2 +1 counters are already made. Throw another spell to proc heroic in the mix, and you can have 3 +1 counters, two scrys, and draw two cards for 3 mana total.
Artisan of Forms has just been added to give early creature matching as well as late game creature threat assessment. This has come in handy twice in fending off an aggressive Brimaz.
Dawnbringer Charioteers is added for a little spice and to up the creature count.
Fabled Hero is the main win condition here. I suggest waiting for turn 4 to play him while holding a Gods Willing or Dispel in hand to protect him from burn or bounce. If there are already counters on Battlewise, then something great is about to happen.
Make Fabled Hero unblockable with Gods Willing so he gets a counter, Attack. Bioshift counters over from Battlewise Hoplite.
Two heroics are proc'd, Hoplite and Fabled both get counters. Then transfer over counters to Fabled. If all is well, total counters on Fabled are now equal to 6. Now, this is a 8/8 double strike. 16 damage turn 5 playing defensively.
