Thanks to Battle of Zedikar, Soulflayer is more broken now. All the creatures function the deck as a hold whiles there are Soulflayer delve food.The Goal and even the winning condition is ether dropping the ultimate delved Soulflayer or even the creature themselves. I'll explain the deck along the way.
For thinning card from the deck to the grave for Soulflayer to delve fast; I used Gather the Pack and
Taigam's Scheming
for searching Soulflayer,
Sidisi, Brood Tyrant
for more token recursion. While Monastery Siege for drawing and discarding creatures i want to use for Soulflayer to delve.
For that beautiful removal; I used Planar Outburst for that board wipe, Ruinous Path those annyoing creatures and plaineswalkers, Scatter to the Winds for the fast countering spells and more creature recursion, and Hidden Dragonslayer; who freaking awsome in the deck thats get rid of creature with 4 power or more and great delve food.
Since i run four colors, Beastcaller Savant fixes the problem and his haste is great for Soulflayer delving.Drana, Liberator of Malakir is the crazy cool Vampire Nighthawk while give all my other creature +1/+1 everytime she attacks, plus; that first strike and flying is good food for Soulflayer.
Since we are sending card to the grave really fast,
Graveblade Marauder
becomes a new threat and possible another boss monster your opponent have to deal with, while you have that Soulflayer creeping in your hand. Just like i said about that four color we used, Woodland Wanderer is a force not to mess with. Lastly,
Plated Crusher
with that 7/6 body is a great creature to threat your opponent.
Now for the side deck options:
I used Valorous Stance for removal and that indestructible. Virulent Plague for decks that spams tokens.
Gaea's Revenge
and Negate against control decks.
Ultimate Price
for the two or more color decks. YES i'm Talking to you Ally decks O____O. Orbs of Warding against burn. Horribly Awry for more countering.
Plummet
and Naturalize is the regular old green side deck options against Artifacts, Enchantments, and Flying creatures we all hate ha-ha.
