Turn 3 Emrakul?! More than four creatures by turn 4?! Not if I have anything to say about it.

This is a very simple value deck that does very well against the current meta. The deck is all about tempo; I take away from you and then get something for it. To start off with creatures, Grim Lavamancer is your fourth optional first turn play that can single handedly win the game, which is pretty funny. Young Pyromancer, Dark Confidant, and Tidehollow Sculler are the only playable two costs in these colors; plus with twenty-five instants and sorceries, your board will be pretty full because of Young Pyromancer. Lightning Bolt and Path to Exile are no brainers. Lightning Helix deals with most creatures in the format, plus its existence makes the direct kill plan viable. Zealous Persecution is usually a complete boom, either it finishes the game by potentially doubling damage, or it kills everything the opponent has (more often than you'd think). Terminate is the best substitute for Abrupt Decay. Kolaghan's Command is one of the most versatile card in the colors; it's like a Swiss army knife against any deck. The deck also runs hand disruption, which is to be expected. The last card in the deck is Lingering Souls, which also happens to be one of my favorites, and it's also Young Pyromancer's as well.
