This deck really pulls together the art, tempo, and feel of being the god Thassa, Deep Dweller.

This is a really fun and flavorful deck where all the creatures synergize with Thassa in some way to blink some extra value out of the cards. If you have Barrin, Tolarian Archmage and the mana to play Thassa in the opening hand you basically won unless the opponent can keep up with the removal. I've also had players concede before Sublime Epiphany resolves, that's a good feeling. Make sure you check the commander of who you're playing and to mulligan your hand accordingly. I've dropped down to 6 cards so I could find a blocker for the aggro decks and play the classic mono-blue mage stratgey: life is a resource. Save the counter spells for the big stuff, trying to cast them turn 3 or 4 really messes with the tempo. If you get Medomai's Prophecy in your opening hand, name your commander for an explosive 4th turn. Keep in mind Waterknot can shut down decks if you cast it on their commander. There's a lot of card draw and small creatures to keep the deck going, but with all decks the tempo can come to a halt. Just be sure to not blink your Protean Thaumaturge or the creature you just stole with Enthralling Hold because it will blink away your Enthralling Hold and now you don't have enough devotion to keep your commander out, yea I've done that.

All in all I'm super proud of this deck. Give this deck a try and leave an upvote if you like it!
