This is a bant Tron deck designed to fill the gap between Mono-Blue Tron and Green-Red Tron, and yes it does require a PhD in 13 unpronounceable fields.

The Game plan Show

The plan with this deck is to use assorted green ramp to assemble all three Tron lands and then cast a platinum angle or a Wurmcoil Engine all well delaying the opponent with assorted counter spells. If this doesn't work delay further until you can cast the big daddy Himself (Herself?) this guy.

Interactions Show

An alternate way to win is to cast a Gifts Ungiven name Unburial Rites as well as your choice of Iona, Shield of Emeria or Ulamog, the Ceaseless Hunger and the following turn Flashback The Unburial Rites.

Use Thirst for Knowledge to put Unburial Rites into your graveyard from your hand.

use Chromatic Star and Chromatic Sphere on other players turn along with counter spells for value!

use Ancient Stirrings to grab Expedition Maps and Horribly Awry s

Conduit of Ruin when played on turn 3, searches up an Ulamog, the Ceaseless Hunger, and,the next turn, cast yourself your vey own on Ulamog.

Individual Value Show

Platinum Angel can salvage almost any game destroying any agro deck instantly and making a control deck find an answer to him, allowing you to hit your end game, or just soaking up a counter spell meant for

Myr Battlesphere is for agro matchups and control matchups considering the tokens can be shocks to the faceor blockers.

Remand is a card would diffidently be a 4 of if Condescend didn't exist. right now Remand feels like a cheaper but more situational Condescend but it draws a card instead of srcying 2 which isn't as good as scry 2 because this deck has plenty of card draw.

Serum Visions nuff said

Mana Leak Pristine early game counterspell. Not much else to it.

When I started building this deck I didn't think very much of Condescend. Boy was I wrong. This card is good at all stages of the game. It's good in the early game when everyone is tapped out (pun intended) from casting there spells, its good at mid game because your playing Tron, and good at late game because it has an x cost.

Wurmcoil Engine is probably one of the best creatures ever printed, right alongside Tarmagoyf. no mater what your opponent does they'll usually end up 3 for oneing them selves. worst case scenario it eats a counter spell.

Ramp Show

Sylvan Scrying Is simply simple ramp that allows you to more frequently cast that 3rd turn Wurmcoil Enginethat we all adore.

Expedition Map is basically the same as sylvan scrying except it is colorless but requires a 2 turn investment.

This card, Ancient Stirrings is an absolute bomb as it allows you to pick up a Tron land or a Wurmcoil Engine, or any other fun cards colorless cards along the way.
