Shut down opponents, protect your threats, gear up Teeg, swing for the win. Playing this deck requires political skill, because you will ALWAYS be a threat.Card Choices:Creatures:Elesh Norn, Grand Cenobite- Shuts down token strategies.Vorinclex, Voice of Hunger- Slows down opponents.Windborn Muse- Prison Effect, makes it more difficult for opponets to attack me.Acidic Slime- Excellent RemovalNovablast Wurm- Boardwipe on a creature. Great since Teeg stops me from casting most boardwipes.Dauntless Escort- Protects my ctreatures from boardwipes, great since I will always be a target.Loxodon Heirarch- Another Dauntless EscortDryad Militant- Deck only has one card that can recur instants and sorceries. So militant works nicely against blue decks.Dragonlord Dromoka- Stuff is uncounterable, plus no instant speed removal.Spirit of the Labyrinth- Deck doesn't have much card draw, so instead of adding more, why not shut down my opponet's?Archetype of Endurance- Protects my threats, and let's me hit my opponet's stuff, very good late game drop.Avacyn, Angel of Hope- My board state is almost unchangeable.Selvala, Explorer Returned- A better temple bell in my books.Birds of Paradise- Great RampShaman of the Forgotten Ways- Good early game ramp. If you can pull of it's formidable, you've basically won.Avacyn's Pilgrim- More good rampSolemn Simulacrum- EDH staple. Courser of Kruphix- Baby Oracle of Mul Daya, synergises with our next card.Argothian Enchantress- Draws off of tons of the deck.Sun Titan, Den Protector, and Karmic Guide- Great Recursion.Knight of the Reliquary- Searches for our utility lands.Dosan the Falling Leaf- Another Dragonlord DromokaPhytohydra- Comboes with Pariah and a good blocker.Lost Auramancers- A personal preference over Academy RectorEnchantments-Flickerform- Gives me a bargaining chip. "You can cast stuff just don't swing at me with Emrakul."Shield of the Oversoul- Superb voltron card.Pariah- Comboes with Phytohydra or any indestructible creature on the board, can be used as removal.Lignify and Darksteel Mutation- Good enchantment based removal. Nicer than Oblivion RingOblivion Ring and Banishing Light- Even more great enchantment based removal.Land Tax- Lets us keep one land hands, perfect.Fanatical Devotion- Sac outlet that can protect TeegRancor- Massive Teeg can now push over blockers.Aura Shards- No artifacts or enchantments for anyoneAura of Silence- Slows down opponet's mana rocks, and built in removal.Nevermore- Shuts down aggro commanders like PurphurosGhostly Prison- Can at least divert attackers for the first few turns.Dueling Grounds- Mitages opponets aggro, comboes with mystifying maze, and doesn't affect us much because of our voltron strategy. Karmic Justice- Opponets will still target our stuff, we just get rid of their threats too.Rites of Flourishing- Ramps me and in combination with some politics, may make opponents look elsewhere.Snake Umbra- Perfect for voltron strategies.Vow of Wildness and Vow of Duty- Excellent politics cards, can turn opponents against each other. Planar Collapse- Another boardwipe that teeg permits.Rest in Peace- Last ditch graveyard hate, put it out only if someone is doing something silly.One with Nature- Voltron ramp.Daybreak Cornet- Great aura.Spirit Mantle- unblockability on teeg.Sterling Grove- Protects our stuff and can tutor if we need it.Artifacts:Swiftfoot Boots and Lightning Greaves- Protection is imperitave in this deck. Every single removal spell will be sent at teeg.Sensei's Divining Top- Filters my stuff so I always hit gas.Sol Ring- This is EDH, is it not?Commander's Sphere- My preferred MindStone variant.Darksteel Plate- More protection.Sword of the Animist- A better One with NatureSelesnya Signet- Ramp in our colors.Instants:Dromoka's Command- Kills creatures, kills gods, pumps stuff, and in a few rare cases stops crazy, game-winning spells.Worldly Tutor- I have to run at least one tutor, don't I?Rebuff the Wicked- This is to harass my playgroup that says all counterspells have to be blue.Path to Exile and Swords to Plowshares- Arguably some of the best spot removal in the game.
